Terms of Service

By using Supper Table by Miz Kathi’s (“Supper Table,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Supper Table is a recipe, meal-planning, and shopping-list app with an AI cooking assistant (“Chef AI”), and an optional suite of tools for home-based food businesses (inventory, costing, resale labels, and related features).

You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must be able to legally form a contract to create an account.

Premium and Chef Pro are paid, auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending which billing interval you choose), billed and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Starting a subscription begins a 7-day free trial — a valid payment method is required up front, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and your card is charged.

You can cancel anytime from the “Manage billing” link on your Account page, which opens Stripe’s Billing Portal. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law — contact us if you believe you were charged in error and we’ll review it.

If a renewal payment fails, we’ll suspend Premium/Chef Pro access after repeated failed attempts; access is restored automatically as soon as a successful charge goes through. We may change subscription pricing going forward, but not for a billing period you’ve already paid for.

You keep ownership of the recipes, notes, and other content you create in Supper Table. By adding it to the app, you give us permission to store, process, and display it back to you (and, for anything you choose to make public, to other users) solely to operate the service.

Please don’t use Supper Table to:

• Upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

Chef AI’s pairing suggestions, nutrition estimates, recipe transforms, and allergen flags are generated to be helpful, not authoritative. They can be wrong or incomplete. Nutrition estimates are not medical or dietary advice, and allergen suggestions are a starting checklist, not a guarantee — always verify against actual ingredient labels, especially for a serious allergy.

The Business tools (inventory, shelf-life tracking, resale labels, and related features) are aids for organizing your kitchen — they don’t replace your responsibility to follow the food safety, labeling, licensing, and cottage-food laws that apply to you. You’re solely responsible for confirming any label, allergen declaration, or shelf-life figure the app suggests is accurate before you sell or serve food based on it.

Some features connect to third-party services at your request — for example, signing in with Google, sending a shopping list to your Kroger cart, or paying for Premium/Chef Pro through Stripe. Those services have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for what happens on their platforms (like completing a Kroger order, which you do directly with Kroger, or Stripe’s own handling of your payment details).

You can stop using Supper Table and ask us to delete your account at any time. If you have an active Premium/Chef Pro subscription, deleting your account also immediately cancels it — you won’t be charged again. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Supper Table is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI- generated content is accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supper Table isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated suggestions or business-tool estimates.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
